Some time ago during the 60 s I think there were coanmpies that were filed with asbestos lawsuit because they did not informed their workers about the health hazards of being exposed to this chemical. Since then coanmpies were careful not to have similar cases. It's good to see that coanmpies now are responsible and they take good care of their workers.
